- Managing the sales team, helping to resolve work issues and providing support to each employee;

- Planning tasks and assigning responsibilities to achieve maximum results;
- Drawing up reports and assessing the performance of the team and each employee;
- Implementation of effective sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction;
- Customer focus, providing a high level of service;
