Sales supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales team, helping to resolve work issues and providing support to each employee;
  • Team training and development;
  • Planning tasks and assigning responsibilities to achieve maximum results;
  • Drawing up reports and assessing the performance of the team and each employee;
  • Implementation of effective sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction;
  • Customer focus, providing a high level of service;
  • Team motivation.

  • Experience in sales and team management;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a team;
  • Ability to work with analytical data and prepare reports;
  • High level of customer focus and ability to resolve conflict situations;
  • Ability to effectively plan and organize the work process;
  • Knowledge of the Kyrgyz language.

Conditions:

  • Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic;
  • Breakfast and lunch at the expense of the organization;
  • Salary from 60,000-120,000 soms to be calculated;
